How do I log on?
With your user ID and password ready, select the RGC Members Menu and the the login menu option. At the login screen input your account details in and press the login button.

How do I log off?
Select the logoff option from the Members menu, or from the left hand panel.

I've lost my password - what now?
You can reset this yourself using the password reset option from the login form (see above). This will send a new password to the email address provided as part of the login profile. If the email address is no longer valid (or similar problem), contact the administrator (see below).

Or if some other password or login problem, contact the administrator as discussed at the bottom of this page.

Can I submit news?
Yes you can, once you have logged in. Log in and see the News FAQ for details.

Can I upload images and share things?
At present this facility is disabled, but it is supported. In the near future, it is planned to allow this for general use.

Can I contact club members through the site?
At present this facility is disabled, but it is supported. In the near future, it is planned to allow this for general use.

Is there RSS support for the site?
Yes it is. Use your web browser (if it supports RSS) or an RSS reader and put the homepage as the source URL. Any news items or changes will then be seen by your RSS reader.

Can I add new calendar events?
Yes you can. Once logged in, select the calendar and add a new event, following the prompts on the form. You may subscribe to certain categories so that any new events are emailed to you.

Can I add new links and downloads?
Not at present, although this is supported. If you have any suitable links or downloads, drop a note to the administrator who will be glad to add them for you.

I have some great pictures - how do I show them?
Personal galleries although supported are currently disabled. Please let the administrator know if you have something to share using the contact page as discussed below.

What do I do if all else fails?
If you are stuck, go to the Contact Us menu option under the About Us menu. Put your details and problem into the form and put the six digit number before clicking the send button. The administrator will then resolve the problem for you.
